Introduction:

One of the things I've noticed about many new multibooters are: they haven't done their research first.
Probably about 99.9% of all dual and multi-booting problems are due to a lack of sufficient research before attempting to multiboot. As it so happens, I am actually guilty of that myself, haha (may be why I know a fair amount about multibooting; nothing like having a problem, and learning how to fix it, that will teach people; but that's beside the point).
